This is a really great appy or side dish.  If you want to make these for a party, just substitute the portabella mushrooms for button.

Such a light and tasty recipe.  Its a good way to change up the flavors of the "everyday" chicken dish.  This dish is best when marinaded for at least 8 hrs, but overnight is best!

Pretty yummy way to have fish.  The coconut makes such a smooth sauce.
