Sprouted Tortilla Pizza
Description
You can buy tortilla flat bread that has no flour. It's made with sprouted whole wheat. The ones I buy have 23 grams of carb each...of which 5 grams is fibre. They taste awesome and you can mix up any toppings you like

2 Tortillas
2 Tbsp Pesto
10 Sundried Tomatoes
1/2 cup Pineapple
1/4 cup Red Onion
2 Artichoke Hearts
1 cup Fresh Chopped Spinach leaves
1/2 cup Goat Cheese
4 Tbsp Parmasean
Pepper
Methods/steps
Take the sundried tomatoes out of the bag and put them in a bowl of hot water
Preheat oven to 400F
Spread 1 heaping Tbsp of Pesto as a base on the Tortilla
The first ingredient to sprinkle on is the spinach
Then add the onion, cut up sundried tomatoes, artichoke, and pinapple
add the goat cheese and parmasean
then pepper to taste
place on cookie sheet and cook until the edges are dark brown...look almost over cooked
pull it out of the oven and cut into 4
