This is a really great appy or side dish. If you want to make these for a party, just substitute the portabella mushrooms for button.

This is what I use as the base to any of the more complex salad receipes I make. I always have some 'ready made salad' in the fridge. This way the salad prep is a lot shorter each time. I usually cut up enough to last me a week at a time.

You can buy tortilla flat bread that has no flour. It's made with sprouted whole wheat. The ones I buy have 23 grams of carb each...of which 5 grams is fibre. They taste awesome and you can mix up any toppings you like
