North American flute, diabetes, health diet

I met with my friend Jerome Bouvier yesterday.  He had just finished carving a Haida wolf on the Native American flute he was making for me.  It is beautiful...actually the Native American flute is a beautiful instrument itself.  It speakes to the heart a lot like the hollow sound of the Esraj from India.

Jerome is a fascinating person.  He has overcome some huge life challenges and is an amazing youth worker and motivational speaker. You should google him!

Well...Cheryl, Jaden and I are off to Chinatown this afternoon.  Jaden has always had an interest in Asian culture and wants to go to Japan for his next vacation.  We won't make it there this year so Chinatown will have to do.  I'm sure we'll find some interesting things there.  You know I'll be on the lookout for some rare (polysacchride free) vegetable! Lol

My wife Cheryl took a couple days off from work and built this awesome site!!  She's a website genius! ;-)

She built my old website a couple years ago and some of you may have read some of the info on it...Some of my ideas have changed in the last couple years and so this new site is totally up to date.  Two years ago I was very militant and quite hard core when I first started the pH diet and built my first site...

But now...
From talking with other people with diabetes like my friend Tom in Naples Florida I realize that life still has to be enjoyed!! So if I want to go out with my wife and have a glass of wine with a piece of tiramisu cake...then by all means!! friggen well do so!! Life still has to be enjoyed...you can't let one moment pass you by!!

Also...The site is now interactive.  You can add your own recipies...and also rate my own and other peoples recipies.  Also...in the Guest book you can write comments or even ask questions on any subject you want...preferably about healthy eating, relationships, any type of exercise and anything of a spiritual nature!  It's what interests me!! ;-)

I've never done a blog before so I guess we'll see how it goes...hopefully I'll find the time to write something everyday or at least 3-4 times a week
